How much does shipping cost?

We offer $4 USPS first-class shipping on all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are handmade to order, and shipped first class within 3-7 business days. You can expect to receive it within 5-10 business days. 

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

We primarily use brass for our handmade charms, gold-plated chain, and gold-filled wire. Each product page also shows specifications for that particular product, including information about other material options. We believe in using high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting so you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come.
